HoliMomma provides holistic movement, massage and bodywork for women.
Many of our classes focus on prenatal and postnatal stages of life — prenatal yoga and mom & baby yoga — and are supplemented with body education workshops with topics covering diastasis awareness and pelvic floor support. In addition to prenatal and postpartum support, we have services for all women such as restorative yoga, private yoga sessions and therapeutic massage.
