Mom & Baby Yoga
Postpartum yoga is a wonderful way to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. This class offers a variety of poses to help:
- Relieve tension
- Build strength
- Regain energy
- Create an overall sense of well-being
We also focus on building strength and awareness for core and pelvic floor.
This class is for mommas with babies ages 6 weeks to pre-crawlers. Give yourself this time to practice with your baby by your side or in your arms and connect with other moms who are also on this crazy-wonderful journey of motherhood!
Mom & Baby Strength Training
This workout is for new mommas with babies (ages 6 weeks to pre-crawlers). We’ll focus on stabilizing the pelvic floor, reconnecting the abs, powering up the lower body, strengthening the upper body, and reinvigorating your whole body – all while shaking off stress, increasing a sense of well-being, and bonding with your little one. Open to all fitness levels. Modifications, hands-on adjustments, and individual attention will always be provided upon request and as needed.
