This yoga workshop is designed to find freedom in the body and the mind using asana (physical yoga postures) and 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. We will choose specific yoga postures and to complement the intention of our practice, which will focus on moving past our limiting beliefs and finding the freedom that our souls crave. Essential oils used throughout class will complement this practice. These postures and oils will help to move stagnant energy, detoxify the body, calm the mind and restore balance.
The 75-minute practice is appropriate for all levels of experience. Expect to move, but in a mindful and compassionate way. Class will begin with a discussion about essential oils so that you feel comfortable with the use of them during class and end with a conclusive talk with time for questions and answers.
Everyone will leave with a gift. Open to all (prenatal and postpartum friendly.) Pre-registration required.
