It can help align the spine and pelvis for optimal fetal positioning, relieve maternal back pressure, and assist with the natural rhythm and rock of labor. In this class, we will explore yoga poses, breath-work, meditations, and labor positioning with the ball. Birth balls are available to use or bring your own. This is a prenatal class for just women, all trimesters. No yoga experience necessary.
