How we move throughout the day can make a BIG difference within our bodies. In this workshop, Carrie will talk about ‘functional’ movement that best supports our bodies during and after pregnancy. Moving and breathing tips that can be applied for daily movements and exercises to lessen back pain, pelvic pain, incontinence and heal/lessen diastasis recti (abdominal separation). We will also explore exercise modifications that are most appropriate for pregnancy and postpartum bodies. This is a workshop you don’t want to miss! $30 Pre-registration required.
